• Enquiry details. The name, email address, telephone number (if you give one), and the message or viewing details you submit through the forms on this site.
• Cookie choice. A single value stored in your browser recording whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies. It stays on your device.

Why we use it

Enquiry details are used to answer your message, arrange consultations and viewings, and keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to keep an accurate business record, then deleted. Ask us and we will remove yours sooner.

Who else sees it

Enquiries reach our own mailbox. This site does not embed third-party tracking, advertising or social plugins, and no analytics scripts run unless non-essential cookies are accepted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to info@mcavoy-muir.com and we will respond.
