Book a viewing

Tell us what to look for, and how you would like to see it

Area, budget and the way you would like to view — online, on video or in person. That is enough to start.

We use these details only to answer your enquiry and arrange viewings. See our privacy policy.

What happens next

Three steps to your first viewing.

We read your brief

The area, the budget, the timing and how you would like to view — and we come back if anything is unclear.

We propose the next step

A first viewing, a consultation call or a shortlist — whichever suits where you are.

You choose

Times, viewing style and pace — all arranged around your schedule and confirmed in writing.

Good to know

Is there any commitment in booking a viewing?

No. A consultation or a viewing carries no commitment beyond the service you have agreed — and fees are confirmed in writing before any work starts.

Can I book for more than one property at a time?

Yes — and for remote buyers it is often the sensible way to plan. Tell us the properties or areas in the form and we will propose a schedule.

What if I do not know the area yet?

Say so in the message. Part of the consultation is narrowing the map: comparing areas against your budget, priorities and how you plan to use the home.
