Services
Property services for buyers and renters across Europe
Four services and three routes: consultations, searches, video viewings and accompanied visits — for buying, renting and remote purchases.
What we provide
Four services, one standard of care.
Each service stands on its own, and together they cover the full journey from the first conversation to the decision.
Online property consultation
A structured conversation about your brief: the area or areas you are considering, your budget range, your timing and the kind of home that would work. We agree how you would like to view — video, in person, or both — and what the next step looks like.
Personalised property search
We review what the market offers against your brief and bring you a shortlist worth your time. Each entry comes with the details that matter for a decision: location and surroundings, the condition of the property and the asking terms.
Live video viewings
A guided walk-through of the property on a live video call. Rooms, views, light and condition are shown as they are, and your questions are answered in the moment — a practical first look from wherever you are.
Accompanied visits
For in-person visits, we arrange the appointment with the owner or agent and attend with you. The property can be examined properly — inside, outside and in context — before you decide.
Route 01
Buying a property
From the first search to the day you decide. We agree the brief, shortlist against it, arrange the viewings and stay with the questions as the process moves.
- A shortlist built on your brief
- Viewings arranged and attended
- Questions answered as they arise
What it includes
Search, view, decide — in that order.
The shortlist comes with condition and asking terms reviewed before any visit. Viewings are arranged video-first or in person, and every viewing ends with a clear note of what was seen and what remains open.
Route 02
Renting a property
The same care as buying: see the property properly before you commit, with someone on your side of the table from the search to the paperwork.
- Accompanied viewings as standard
- Questions answered at the property
- The tenancy process explained
What it includes
View before you commit.
Appointments are arranged with owners or agents and attended with you. The practical details — condition, terms and what happens between the viewing and the tenancy — are explained plainly.
Route 03
Remote buying from abroad
Buying from another country without flying blind: video first, documents and local context reviewed together, and visits planned for the times you can travel.
- Live video viewings, guided
- Documents and local context reviewed
- Visits scheduled around your travel
What it includes
The distance is managed, not ignored.
Live video viewings are a first-class service here, not a fallback. Between trips, the shortlist stays live and the questions keep being answered — so a single visit can do the work of several.
Questions
On services and process
What does an online consultation cover?
Your brief and the practical frame around it: areas, budget range, timing, the kind of home and how you would like to view. It ends with an agreed next step — usually a shortlist or a first viewing.
How are viewings arranged with owners and agents?
We make the approach, agree a time that suits everyone and confirm the details in writing. For accompanied visits we attend with you; for video viewings we run the call and keep it interactive.
Do you provide legal or tax advice?
No. We assist with the search, viewing and purchase or rental process, but we do not provide legal, tax or financial advice, and a viewing is not a survey. We will say so when a question needs a qualified professional.
What happens after a viewing?
You get a clear note of what was seen and what remains open, and a recommendation on whether it deserves a second look, a visit in person or a move on. The decision is always yours.
Ready to view your next home?
Tell us the area, the budget and how you would like to view. We will propose the next step — usually within one working day.
